Sennheiser Rs110 926 Mhz Wireless Rf Headphones Review
These phones are a remarkable value. The sound quality is excellent and I get perfect reception anywhere in my large 3-story home. Unless you are going to use them for many hours each day, the disposable batteries work just fine (I'm still on my first set); you will save enough over the rechargeable rs-120 model to buy batteries for a long time or you can use rechargeable AAs. Otherwise, the rs-110 and rs-120 models seem identical.
I had been using a set of Rocketfish cordless phones that cost twice as much and bought these for a second viewer. But I now use the Sennheisers as they are lighter, have less clamping pressure, have better range and better sound. A very nice but unadvertised feature is the ability to switch between 3 frequencies in the event your neighbor also has a pair of these. Some reviewers have complained about the static heard when there is no input signal to the base station but that hasn't been an issue for me since I always turn on my audio/TV system before donning the phones.

RS-110 headphones, two AAA batteries, user's manual.
These Sennheiser entry-level headphones are an ideal choice for people who like to walk around the room while listening to their favorite tunes. The system features a 900 MHz wireless transmitter that broadcast a powerful signal throughout the room--and even through walls and ceilings. Should listeners wander upstairs or outside, they can still enjoy the headphones' warm sound and strong bass response provided they stay within range. The RS-110 headphones are also ideal for listening to late-night TV without waking up the rest of the house. And thanks to the lightweight, soft ear pads, the phones feel comfortable through hours of use. In addition, the phones include replaceable parts, so users don't have to buy new headphones each time a part wears out, along with a pair of AAA batteries. So don't get tied down by restrictive cables. With these Sennheiser headphones, users will enjoy a whole new world of wireless convenience.

Junk! Don't even take them as a free gift! - j's aunt - Southern California
After reading lots of reviews, I decided on these RS 110s and purchased them from Ace Photo Digital (see separate review of them).
I could explain about ease of setup, sound quality, and comfort, but there really is no reason to do that, unless you only want headphones that last 1 month (or 3 days). I'll explain... I had no problem initially (although the comfort and sound quality were good, but neither were excellent). But then, just about 1 month after I had gotten them, it sounded like I was losing the signal. I tuned them, but couldn't get any sound. I thought that was pretty soon for batteries to wear down, but tried replacing the batteries, but they still did not work.
I contacted Amazon (not that it was easy to do that) but was told that there was no recourse because I bought it from a Marketplace seller. I contacted the seller (APD) but they do not replace or refund headphones, period (so beware!). They suggested I contact the manufacturer, and there, I was initially told that they had no way of knowing I'd even purchased them (or that they "weren't stolen"). Finally I reached a reasonable person there, who initially said I'd have to give my credit card number (to be charged and later reimbursed) and she'd send me a new pair. I refused, but she decided to send them to me anyway (with the plan that I'd send the faulty pair later--which I did).
The second pair worked for precisely 3 days when one side went out. Needless to say, I would not recommend these. I wouldn't even donate them (although I wish I had donated the to my favorite charity, instead).
They are in the trash.
